CCTV Policy
When you walk into Blackwater Electrical Supplies you are agreeing to us recording Audio and Video while you are both inside and outside the premises and this footage will be used by us as detailed below.
1. Security – By us having multiple camera angles and Audio Recordings taking place at all times inside the premises and outside this is a necessary safety measure that we need to operate as a business.
2. Discrepancies – Any orders / sales that have taken part inside the premises can be reviewed at a later date to help fix any issues / discrepancies and possibly be used as training examples to staff members.
3. Content – This footage can be used by us or used by power shack limited who is a 3rd party company of whom we have a close working relationship with. Any footage (video & Audio) that has been recorded or viewed via Live Stream can be used for different Content across online social media platforms for promotional, educational and entertainment purposes.
